Our team operates 24/7, offering real-time monitoring, alarm management, and immediate response to operational issues.

We work directly with system operators, distributors, wind turbines manufacturers and on-site teams to guarantee smooth operations, timely reporting, and effective issue resolution, supporting the long-term reliability of your energy assets.

OUR SERVICES INCLUDE:

• 24/7 Monitoring of Photovoltaic Plants
  Utilizing an active remote-control center for continuous monitoring.
• Alarm Management and Notification
  Monitoring and managing alarms, with immediate notification to the service team when an alarm is activated.
• Monthly Reports and Service Documentation
  We provide monthly production reports, availability reports, and service reports, as follows:
  • Monthly Production Report based on the SCADA system, including graphical representations of produced energy.
  • Monthly Availability Report detailing downtime, based on issued reports and additional records.
• Service Team Contact Point
  We act as a permanent point of contact for service teams, ensuring constant communication and providing assistance or authorizations when needed.
• Energy Quality Reports (if possible)
  We offer energy quality reports upon request, as per the requirements of the Client or Authorities.
• Dispatch Center Role in Relation with Local Distributor and System Operator
  Maintaining ongoing communication with the network operator and system operator, in accordance with the energy supply contract and the applicable grid and system codes (RED and RET).
• Monitoring of Maintenance and Service Activities for Medium and High Voltage (MV and HV) Equipment
  • Supervising scheduled maintenance activities for MV and HV equipment.
  • Overseeing any maintenance or service activities performed by a third-party company approved and authorized by the Client, upon the Client’s express request.
  • Handling decommissioning, operational requests, remote-controlled operations, and managing software platforms where the plant is registered (CREFECIP).
• Integration Services into EMS/DMS SCADA Systems
  Providing integration services into the EMS/DMS SCADA system for optimal operation and management of both photovoltaic plants and wind turbine farms.
